Hofstra student shot in home robbery was killed by police, officials say
Sat May 18, 2013
That's easy enough to answer. Someone went to Mexico & bought them from the drug dealers who bought them from our federal agents & came back to New York & sold them on the streets the same as they do in Chicago & other large cities with strict gun control laws.
Union rights dealt a blow again by appeals courtÂ
Tue May 7, 2013
I would venture to suggest that those people that are all for the board notifying the union members of their rights would be the 1st in line to complain if the company posted a copy of the ten commandments on their boards & the labor board would take the company to court.
Gitmo detainees' lawyer describes 'brutal' force-feeding of hunger strikers
Sun May 5, 2013
Don't forget about the high priced lawyers that you & I are paying for. If their clients die then they will lose all those fee's for protecting their (rights) I say dig a hole 3'x6'x6', put the food on a table next to the hole & tell them to choose. It's as simple as that.
World Trade Center 9/11 museum to charge $20-$25 admission fee
Sat May 4, 2013
I just wonder about how much of the fees will go to wage & benefits for the people who run the foundation. You can pretty well guess that they do not volunteer their time & their time is not cheap. 60 million works out to be around $165,000 per day. That's a lot of security.
'There is no food': Post-revolutionary economic turmoil dashes hopes in Egypt
Sun May 5, 2013
It seems like there's always someone who wants to blame the republicans for every that happens. Their the ones that think that democrats can do no wrong even though it takes both parties to do anything. What does this post have to do with our government anyway? I thought it was about a country that …

Let's see, she can get an abortion & birth control without the parents being notified at 15 but if the boy is 15, he can be charged with statuary rape & get prison time & have to register as a sex offender but yet the government will hold the parents responsible for the actions of both u …
Manhunt on after girl, 9, stabbed to death by intruder
Sun Apr 28, 2013
Valley Springs is a small town located between two lakes. Pardee & Hogan. I fished in both of those lakes in the 70's, 80's & part of the 90's prior to moving to another state. I even have relatives & friends that still live there. It's a place that only had one gas station & store i …
Border Patrol agent cleared of charges he abused undocumented immigrant
Sat Apr 20, 2013
I hate to burst your bubble but if you go back far enough in time even the Indians came from somewhere else. If you are an American by birth, or come to this country legally through the correct channels & become citizens as required by law then you are an American. If you sneak across regardless …
Investigators: Texas plant explosion death toll raised to 14
Fri Apr 19, 2013
I feel sorry for the people who died but next comes the lawsuits against the company. I wonder how many houses were there before the plant went in. It's like you build an airport in the middle of nowhere with nothing around. Next comes the houses & malls surrounding it. Then come the complaints …
As Gang of Eight presents plan, both sides gear up for immigration debate
Thu Apr 18, 2013
What part of enforcing current laws doesn't Congress understand. They want to ignore current laws & implement more that will be ignored by the powers that be. Arizona should really be proud of John McCain now for turning his back on this issue as well as gun control. It seems like he has abandon …
